You Have A Hamburger Of Me Working: Fleetwood Mac's "The Chain"

By: Ben Johnson

Hey guys, @teedunc followed us on Twitter. She's our hundredth follower. We used to do poems for our hundredth Twitter followers, but that promotion is backfiring to the tune of people unfollowing us and then refollowing us. Three times now. So whatever. We're breaking out the big guns.

One of my favorite things to do these days is have my iPhone's voice recognition software transcribe a phonetic recital of a classic rock tune. So I asked Tess (@teedunc) to pick a song. She chose "The Chain" by Fleetwood Mac. So after reminding myself what song that is, I sung it into my iPhone and here's what I got:

And here's what the iPhone transcribed:

"To be getting around the garden predicted Downman predicted if you didn't see everything in Richad rule sound condole Nicole Raboul who it you'll get to the evening It didn't even get to be leaving in the window and to love Tamula the beginning of the EUL hundred and Upndown you have a hamburger of me working in yet to hear people say you will never put a picture in Knoebel to school now You Good reunion
Do you"

So there you have it, people. You now have a hamburger of me working, as they say. This is the funnest thing ever to do. You may go out into the world and do it yourself, or you may request additional posts of this nature by me in the comments section. Anything riff-heavy is good.
